WEBSITE RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with the items you have selected. We will be happy to exchange/return unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please return footwear in the original shoe box and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached.

For returns made with an invoice you will receive a refund for the purchase price in the original form of payment. If you do not have your invoice, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

RETURNING TO A STORE
Any Nine West specialty store will gladly assist you in exchanging/returning unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that Department Stores and any stores other than Nine West Retail Stores in Canada cannot assist you with your web return. You can visit our store locator for the location of the Nine West specialty store nearest you. Please bring this invoice with you when making an exchange or return and you will receive a refund for the purchase price indicated on the front of this invoice, in the original form of payment.

FREE EXCHANGE
If you choose to ship your purchase back to us for exchange you will not be charged an additional shipping and handling fee for the replacement when we ship the item(s) back to you.
Once your product is delivered to our warehouse, the credit for the returned item(s) will be credited to your credit card.

Your credit card will be authorized and charged as a new transaction when your order/exchange item(s) are processed and shipped.

These two transactions may occur within the same day. The availability of funds in your account may depend upon the amount of time it takes your bank to clear the funds (often up to 3 business days).Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Unfortunately price adjustments are not available for online purchases. For in-store purchases, refer to the back of your receipt for our price adjustment policy.
