ONLINE RETURNS
We hope that you are satisfied with the items you have selected. We will gladly return/exchange unworn merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please return footwear in the original shoe box, all other merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Merchandise marked "as is" or "final sale" cannot be returned
For returns made with an invoice you will receive a refund for the purchase price in the original form of payment. If you do not have your invoice, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Please note, online orders are not shipped with a physical copy of the order invoice. The invoice will be emailed to you once shipment is confirmed. Please print and save for returns or exchanges.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURN BY MAIL
Follow the below instructions to package your return/exchange and mail it back to us:
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the return reason for each item on your invoice.
- Pack and seal your return securely, either in the original carton and packaging or simply wrap the box using craft/packing paper or something similar.
- Arrange for pick up or take the package in to the Purolator depot closest to you and fill out the way bill with the following address:

If Purolator does not service your area or is not convenient for you, please select the carrier of your choice.

Once your product is delivered to our warehouse, the credit for the returned item(s) will be credited to your credit card. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your account within two billing cycles.
EXCHANGE BY MAIL
If you choose to ship your purchase back to us for exchange you will not be charged an additional shipping and handling fee for the replacement when we ship the item(s) back to you.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES TO A STORE
For your convenience, you may return/exchange merchandise purchased online to any Nine West Specialty store within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that Department Stores, Nine West Outlets and any stores other than Nine West Specialty stores cannot assist you with your online return. You can visit our store locator for the location of the Nine West specialty store nearest you. Please bring your invoice with you when making an exchange or return and you will receive a refund for the purchase price indicated on the front of the invoice, in the original form of payment.
All online SALE purchases are applicable for exchange only, Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.
FINAL SALE
Final sale and clearance merchandise cannot be returned. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
A one-time price adjustment may be made within 14 days of original purchase date with the original receipt. Price adjustments are not available for clearance or final sale merchandise. Online purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Merchandise marked "as is" or "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Nine West Specialty Retail locations will accept only returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased at a Nine West Specialty Retail store or online at ninewest.ca. Nine West Specialty Retail locations will not accept returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased at a Nine West Outlet store. Merchandise purchased at Nine West Specialty Retail locations or online at ninewest.ca cannot be returned to a Nine West Outlet store.
Please note that Department Stores cannot assist you with your Nine West Specialty Retail store or Nine West online return. Nine West merchandise purchased from other retailers, including Department Stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
