General Return/Exchange Policy
Please be advised that all sale items purchased from our CLEARANCE category are deemed final sale and may not be returned.
We hope that you are satisfied with the items you have selected. We will gladly return/exchange unworn regular price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please return footwear in the original shoe box and all other merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Merchandise marked CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
For returns made with an invoice you will receive a refund for the purchase price in the original form of payment. If you do not have your invoice, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES BY MAIL
Any product(s) you wish to return/exchange for any reason must first be pre-arranged with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
To request an RMA, click here to request a return merchandise authorization number and please provide your order number and reason for the request. We will reply with the status of your request within 2 business days.
*Please note return shipping and handling fees are incurred by the customer.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES TO A STORE
For your convenience, you may return/exchange regular price merchandise purchased online to any Nine West store within 14 days of the delivery date.
Nine West locations will accept only returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased from our Nine West banner and Shoe Studio locations will accept only returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased from our Shoe Studio banner. Purchases made from Nine West cannot be returned to a Shoe Studio or Shoe Studio Outlet location and vice versa. Please note that Department Stores and any stores other than Nine West stores cannot assist you with your online return.
Returns/exchanges are not permitted at our Orfus Road Clearance location.
You can visit our store locator for the location of the Nine West store nearest you. Please bring your invoice with you when making an exchange or return and you will receive a refund for the purchase price indicated on the front of the invoice, in the original form of payment.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise purchased at one of our Nine West stores up to 14 days after the date of purchase for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the merchandise is accompanied by the original receipt. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Merchandise marked AS IS, CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
There are no refunds or exchanges on any accessories. Accessories include all jewellery, watches, sunglasses, outerwear, shoe clips or shoe care items. All sales are final on these items.
IN STORE RETURN POLICY: SALE MERCHANDISE
We will offer an exchange only on permanently reduced merchandise at one of our Nine West stores up to 14 days after the date of purchase. These items may be exchanged for an item of equal value. Exchanges will only be issued on unworn merchandise and the item must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Nine West locations will accept only returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased from a Nine West store and Shoe Studio locations will accept only returns/exchanges of merchandise purchased from a Shoe Studio store. Purchases made at a Nine West retail store cannot be returned to a Shoe Studio or Shoe Studio Outlet location and vice versa.
Please note that Department Stores cannot assist you with your Nine West store or Nine West online return. Nine West merchandise purchased from other retailers, including Department Stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Final sale merchandise are noted with pricing labeled as CLEARANCE. Any Clearance Sale or Promotional Sale (such as a Boxing Day or Flash Sales) that go beyond our standard markdowns are classified as Final Sale. Final sale merchandise cannot be returned. Final Sale will be noted in your shopping bag and on your confirmation email. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out. All Shoe Care and Shoe Accessories are final sale.
A one-time price adjustment may be issued if a purchased item goes on sale within 14 days of the original purchase date with the original receipt. We do not offer price adjustments on items that are purchased on sale then reduced further. Any Special Event, Promotional, Flash Sale, Clearance or Final Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments. We are unable to offer price adjustments for Online purchases.
