1. Do you ship to the US?

No. Unfortunately, as per our license agreement, does not ship to the United States (or any other country). only services the Canadian market, shipping to Canadian addresses only. Conversely, (US) does not ship to Canada.

2. How do I get to exclusively services the Canadian market. As per our license agreement, we cannot ship orders to the US. Conversely, services the US market, and does not ship to Canada. As a result, to prevent potential frustration and/or disappointment from Canadian customers unable to shop, using geolocation, Canadian IP addresses trying to access are redirected to Therefore in Canada, visitors are redirected back to the market they are able to shop from.

View our Shipping Policies for processing/shipping times. Please note that these times are estimates and we may experience volume delays during peak seasons such as Holiday or Clearance sales.

5. Can I use my Gift Card or Credit Note online?

No. Unfortunately our website is not currently integrated with our Retail Store gift card system. Gift Cards and Credit Notes that have been issued at one of our Nine West store locations can only be redeemed in store.

Online customers have the option to purchase the Nine West E-Gift Card. This gift card can be applied to any Nine West online purchase and can be used over multiple purchases. E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed online and cannot be used in store.

6. Is my order "Final Sale"?

Purchases made online can be returned or exchanged within 30-days from the delivery time. Earrings and all Clearance Merchandise are FINAL SALE.

7. How do I return/exchange my order?

8. How do I unsubscribe from your e-mails?

For Newsletters from (Canada) you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter you received.

9. Can you check the size/colour availability of a product for me?

If inquiring about a product at one of our retail stores, it is best to call the store directly to do a stock check as our inventory lookup is not "real-time". But also note that depending on sales or seasonal volumes, this may not be possible if stores are busy serving customers.
For inquiries, our products show the current sizes we have available in a particular colour in the size drop-down on the product details page.

10. How can I search by size, colour and category while shopping on

You can search by size on by typing your shoe size in the search bar followed by M for medium width shoes, or W for wide width shoes. For example, if you are searching for size 7 shoes in a medium width (which is the width of most our shoes) you will want to type 7M into the search bar to find all shoes available in that size and width. To search for wide width shoes available in size 7 you can type 7W into the search bar.

To search by colour, simply type the colour in the search bar to find all shoes currently available.
For categories, you may type the product type. For example, flats, pumps, sandals, boots, cross body, satchel, tote, etc.

You may also combine any of these search categories. For example, “7M black pumps”, “5M natural sandals”, or “red cross body”.
