Online Return & Exchange

It’s okay to change your mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

We will gladly return/exchange unworn merchandise within 30-days from the delivery date. Merchandise may be returned in-store or by mail provided that footwear is in its original shoe box. All other merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with tickets attached. Returns/Exchanges must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and Order Invoice. In the interest of hygiene, earrings will be final sale.

Returning Online Purchases to a Store

Want an instant refund? You may return/exchange your online purchase by visiting any Nine West or Nine West Shoe Studio location within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return the unworn item(s) to your preferred location along with a copy of your Packing Slip and Order Invoice. As refunds will be applied to your original form of payment, please be sure to bring your credit card with you to the store. Returns for purchases made using E-Gift Cards will be processed in the form of a credit note redeemable only at Nine West and Nine West Shoe Studio locations.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Include a copy of your packing slip for reference. You may want to choose a return shipping method that enables you to track the package. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days from the receiving date. Please allow additional time for your refund to appear on your statement. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Exchanges

For your convenience, you can exchange your online purchase at any Nine West or Nine West Shoe Studio location. If you prefer to exchange your purchase by mail, we would require that you return your existing item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the alternate merchandise.

Damaged Product or Fulfillment Error

WE’RE SORRY! If you received a damaged item or we shipped an incorrect item to you, we will be more than happy to help! Please contact our Customer Care team so we can provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the incorrect merchandise to our distribution centre.
